LifeOS started as a personal project. I was planning a trip to Japan and realized I had my flights in one app, hotels in another, a packing list in a notes app, travel documents in a folder, and reminders scattered across three different apps.

Everything was fragmented. None of the apps talked to each other. And the worst part — none of them were intelligent. They stored data but offered zero insight.
