Terms of Service

By accessing or using LifeOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LifeOS is an AI-powered life operating system that integrates travel, finance, health, tasks, calendar, documents, and other personal life modules into a unified platform.

The Service is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use LifeOS. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using LifeOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Questions? hello@getlifeos.info

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not use another person's account without permission. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or suspensions.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use the AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

The Service and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by LifeOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

Annual plans are billed upfront. Monthly plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which LifeOS is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account or by emailing us at hello@getlifeos.info.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LifeOS regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
